PRICES AND CURRENCY

Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
The amount charged to a credit card or bank account may vary as it will be affected by floating exchange rates and bank charges.
Anna F recommends contacting your bank to request detailed information regarding the exchange rates and bank charges in reference to your purchase.

Orders are shipped by CALZ. MARIA LUISA SRL from Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING

Orders for available merchandise are shipped within the following day of order placement.
In all cases, Anna F reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control.

Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

AUTHORIZED SHIPMENT DELIVERY

All customers who make an order establish a commercial relationship with Anna F and thereby undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that the package be returned to sender, all shipping costs charged to Anna F will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the customer.

ORDER DISPATCH

Once an order is placed it is not possible to make any changes. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Anna F reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. It is at Anna F discretion the right to refuse an order or a service offer for anyone at any time.

ONLINE PRODUCTS AND IMAGES

Anna F declines every responsibility if, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original ones. Images on Anna F belong to Fase S.a.s. and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of Fase S.a.s. is forbidden. Any law braker will be punished.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and size. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department Anna F reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the products bought, to verify the transaction’s validity by credit card and to check the Client’s record with Anna F Clients will be promptly informed by Anna F orders office if for any reason the items ordered are not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

LEGAL TERMS

This notice contains the terms and legal conditions that govern the website, Anna F. Users of Anna F accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration. If Users do not accept these terms, Anna F reserves the right to ask the Users to refrain from using the Anna F website. The access and the use of the website Anna F are for personal use only. The visualization of the website Anna F provides Clients with product information and with the possibility to purchase merchandise.

Fase S.a.s. is the owner of the website Anna F and of its contents. This includes documentation, images, characters, design, music, software, codes and format scripts. The material included in the website Anna F is protected by copyright. Reproduction, modification, transmission, re-publication and/or re-distribution to third parties for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without the express written consent from Fase S.a.s.

Fase S.a.s. does not allow the use of the website’s contents or the trademark for any other purpose than what is written above.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

To place orders on Anna F customers must :

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the necessary requirements to sign legally binding contracts
  • Have a valid email address
  • Have a valid credit card, bank account or Pay Pal account for payment

DECLINATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

Fase S.a.s. publishes information on its web site Anna F to provide a service to users, but declines every responsibility of the possibility of eventual technical inaccuracy and/or typographical errors. Once brought to attention, Fase S.a.s. will execute immediate correction.
Fase S.a.s. also reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the web site when necessary without giving prior notice. Fase S.a.s. does not offer any guaranty that the information published on its own web site, is in conformity with the laws of the user’s competent jurisdiction.

ITALIAN LAW

In compliance with Italian law, the website Anna F declares the following:

In the event of disputes regarding or deriving from the access and/or use of the website on the part of Business Users, the exclusive court of jurisdiction is the Court of Padova.

Consumer Users are guaranteed the rights contemplated in Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (“Consumer Code”); in this case, all disputes regarding or deriving from the access and/or use of the website on the part of the User will  be dealt with by the Consumer Court, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
